Hello! I hope everyone is doing well!

I am an incoming student at UTMB and I have been on the hunt for an apartment to live at in Galveston! So far my search has hit a wall because I have been wanting to live somewhere nice-ish (I just don't want to deal with rats, roaches, mold issues, etc). My top choice has been the Cove at GYB but their availability has been very limited. So, I wanted to reach out to reddit to see if anyone has suggestions on where to live! Additionally, if you or someone you know is moving out of a 1 or 2 bedroom at the Cove and wants to move out a bit earlier, I would be more than happy to sublet/takeover the lease if possible!
