Food Chain and the Legend Rule
Im working on a Mirrym deck and I wanna know how insane Food Chain is, I know token copies have all the same info as the original so my question is this:
If I cast a Deceptive Frostkite which enters as a copy of Mirrym, the original and the copy are both legendary, the copy is a token so Mirrym does not trigger and the legend rule checks that I have 2 legendary Mirryms, before I sacrifice 1 of the Mirryms to the legend rule, can I exile the original Mirrym to food chain at instant speed, get 6 green mana and recast him (+1 blue and +1 red) for the token copy Miiryms ability and get another non-legendary token copy Mirrym?
I know activated abilities are instant speed, but I also know that the legend rule is a state based action, but I ALSO know that there is a period of time where both Legendary Miiryms exist on the battlefield at the same time.
