Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well!

I am in IT with 7 years of experience in tot transitioning from Software Dev -> Data Engineering/Science -> AI Engineering. I am based in a main country in the EU.

I tried integrating AI in my workflow, mostly to augment my skills and to cut some time. I was very comfortable using Claude Website, because i knew what changes to do in my code, I knew what snippets to pass and I could review the output more manually in jupyter notebook cells or separate scripts. It was a very productive workflow I found and it was going quite well. I never wanted myself to get dependent on AI and this way I thought I was more in control of the process and code.

But it’s been 2 months that all the management has gone psychotic. One of the CEOs was being told by other people that Claude Code managed to replicate the results of 5 years code, the other CEO tells me more subtly, that you can choose whatever tool you want, as long as you are faster and my direct manager, who has no technical background whatsoever and all it does is she goes in stupid meetings and just sends emails and sends reports and documentations generated by Cursor and she doesnt even know what is going on there. I used to enjoy the challenges and the tasks so much, but i feel there is an AI psychosis going around, I feel like sabotaging my work. I don’t care anymore about the quality, I just want to use Claude Code or whatever shitty tool and just ruin it all, not caring anymore whether I get fired. The pressure of using AI tools and being so fast has created an immense burn out state at me, that I don’t know how longer I will be able to cope with.

Are there other people that are on the same boat as me?
Is anyone considering to sabotage work?
If yes, how?

I really think all us tech professionals around the world should do this. We have more power than they think we do. Either we set the rules, or nobody else, because it’s us who is making the product come to life, not the CEOs or these shitty middle managers.

Uroj te jeni mire. Kam kohet e fundit nje deshire, qe krahas profesionit qe kam te beja dhe nje zanat qofte elektricist, hidraulik, mekanik etj. Arsyeja eshte, sepse jam ne IT dhe mesa po shoh keshtu si po shkon, jo se do na zevendesoje AI, po e kane toksifikuar aq shum ambientin e punes, kto pritshmerite idiote qe kane kta menaxherat qe skan lidhje hic fare me AI dhe software engineering, saqe po mendoja nje zanat. Fatkeqesisht jetoj dhe punoj ne Gjermani, dhe ktu eshte sistemi aq i kendshem, sa te duhen 3 vite ausbildung me u bo elektricist.

Duke qene se do doja ta vazhdoja dhe punen qe kam dhe karrieren dixhitale (tna coje ku tna coje), do me leverdiste nje kurs pas pune. Kjo gje eshte e pamundur fatkeqesisht ne Gjermani (Ausbildunget jane full time dhe ste del ajo paga as me pagujt qera jo mo me jetu). Ne Shqiperi eshte e mundur, por nuk mund ta bej dot se jam me pune atje dhe hajd te ishin 6 muaj kto kurset, po shkojne nga 1-2 vjet, teper kohe e gjate fatkeqesisht.

Nese keni ndonje info, a eshte e mundur qe te kete kurse profesionale online, sa te mesoj pjesen teorike e te licensohem, ose nese ka programe si tip simulacionesh qe ta msosh deri diku? E pastaj nrm gjejme rob ku me e bo praktiken ktu ne Shqiperi e kena me te lehte. Do e vleresoja shum nje pergjigje nese dini dicka! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Uroj te jeni mire. Kohet e fundit sidomos pas ndodhive te fundit ne bote, duket se ka nje interesim intensiv per nje dege te “Kristianizmit” te quajtur Gnosticizem. Interesimi nuk eshte domosdoshmerisht konvertimi, por interpretimi i nje qasjeje me ndryshe.

Madje konsiderohet si branchi me i pare i kristianizmit, i cili nuk arriti dot te “triumfonte” mbi dhjaten e re. Nuk dua kurrsesi te bej predikime a dicka e tille, por eshte nje tip filozofie, e cila korrelon me shum mesime te filozofeve te lashte greke dhe neoplatonizmit.

Qe tju jap nje permbledhje te shkurter, kjo rryme mendon qe bota ku jetojme eshte nje “trup i vdekur”, dhe shpirti jone(higher consciousness ose koshienca me e larte mendoj) eshte e burgosur brenda trupit, i cili perfaqeson boten materiale, dhe bota materiale ne shkallen e dimensioneve eshte dimensioni me i ulet ose me sakte dimensioni me vibracionin me te ulet. Qellimi jone duhet te jete qe te kerkojme diturine hyjnore, qe te kthehemi ne Monad (mund ta quajme Zoti ose universi) pas vdekjes. Planetet konsideron si djallezore dhe jane ata qe e burgosin shpirtin pasi trupi vdes, ne nje trup tjeter (rimisherimi). Sipas tyre ferri nuk eshte literal, por thjesht ky procesi i rimisherimit i perseritur, ku shpirti ose koshienca ne trupin e ri, nuk ka informacion per jetet e meparshme. Dhe per me shum informacion mund te kerkoni dhe rreth hipnotisteve si Dr Michael Newton qe eshte nje psikolog, i afte ti interpretoje kto mesime te gnosticizmit ne menyre me shkencore. Por ju lutem, nese skeni informacion mbi kete, do ju sugjeroja ta vazhdonit kerkimin dhe individualisht nese jeni te interesuar, pasi ky shpjegim eshte serish shum i ceket.

A keni informacione per kete? Nese po, cfare mendoni? Doja thjesht te dija mendimet tuaja, qofte pozitive ose negative, jam i hapur te degjoj sa me shume kendveshtrime.

Pershendetje te gjitheve!

Kisha disa faza reflektimi dhe analize me veten. Pavaresisht qe jam pak me i madh, dhe mbase kjo mua nuk me impakton direkt, po mendoja per te rinjte shqiptar te moshes 18-23 vjec.

Mbase e kam gabim, dhe uroj sinqerisht ta kem te tille. Por qe te hyjme ne teme, cila mund te jete e ardhmja e afert ose e larget e ktyre te rinjve, qe gjeja e vetme qe mendojne eshte te sigurojne leke dhe sa me shpejt. Qellimi? Te hapen bythesh, ti bien ne sy vajzave, te prishin lek pa karar duke pire mall, alkol etj.

Pastaj persa i perket vajzave, mendoj qe ashu sic i serviren djemte, me lek etj, kshu do bejne dhe ato se fundja do pershtaten.Prandaj dhe te vajzat hasim standarde jorealistike, materializem, deshire ekstreme per komfort dhe per mundesi materiale.

Ky eshte perceptimi im. Si mendoni juve mund te jete e ardhmja e afert te pakten (10 vjecare) e ksaj rinie? Duke menduar qe te dyja gjinite po e provojne jeten mes ktyre eventeve (kur kam qene un 20 vjec kto gjera nuk kan qen kurrsesi kaq te perhapura, keshtu qe do ndodhe si perhere sepse perhere ka qene keshtu, me vjen keq po se pranoj dot)

Nese jam gabim ne lidhje me perceptimin qe kam krijuar per shumicen e rinise, jeni super te lire te jepni kunderargumente. Jam shum i gatshem ta ndryshoj perceptimin, nese jam gabim.
Por nese e jeni dakord me kendveshtrimin tim, si mund te jete e ardhmja e rinise dhe rrjedhimisht e Shqiperise, se sipas vendit behet kuvendi.
