Sorry for the kind of squished bug the cat got to it before I could find my phone. Have been finding nymphs of some sort in the toilet bowl every morning also worried they're roaches

Cat must have squished it, have been finding nymphs in the toilet bowl and occasionally on the bathroom wall, any clue what it is?
