When I hear other people close to me self harm or even think about it I entirely blame myself for that and just become so upset that I cut more. Am I the only one that feels like that?

I don't know how to go deep. I am getting worse so cutting a lot and cutting over cuts honestly makes it hard to cut. My brain will never let me not cut if I don't have scars and all the "scars" I have are barely visible so I just need to go deeper so I can feel ok. And where do I cut if my normal spot is too cut to cut more? I feel any place is bad.
