Help…
Just bought a cbr 650r and insured it… im on my a2 and have no clue of its restricted or unrestricted but ive got 7 days to get it restricted but where do i get a certificate from? All the kits im finding online seem to not have certicates does it have to be done by a dealer? Or can i fit it myself
