I’m looking over a lease I applied & was approved for. Everything seemed good in the lease until I got the the Admin Fee for Evictions. For context, I am in Westmorland County, PA. It says that if the landlord initiates an eviction against tenants for any reason there will non-refundable admin fee of $7500 due. And that is in addition to any other fees, fines, and cost the tenant is responsible for. Seems like a huge red flag for me. Especially when the rental is $988 a month.
