How to best honor precious pieces of wood?

The woodshop I worked for is closing down and I was able to take home some leftover pieces of live edge bubinga. I don't want to be too sacred about it and not end up ever using them, but I also want whatever I do with them to be as non-defacing as possible.

I am going to finish the middle slab with polyurethane like the other ones were, but I'm not sure where to go from there. I added the rough dimensions to the photo, but just to clarify, the left two pieces are continuous and the rightmost piece is thicker and from a different piece of lumber.
