Chargepoint Home Flex
Hello, two weeks ago my Charge Point Flex failed. Last week it was replaced under warranty and o had an electrician install a new one. The charger periodically shuts off and the only way to get it back on is to take off the gray face plate and snap it back on. It sure what that has to do with anything but I’d love any ideas. All cables are tight. For what it’s worth, when I press on the right side the light ring snaps back on. Once charging, it seems to work normally. Electrician checked the breaker (50A) and confirmed 240v. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
