Hi guys! I’m just getting into backpacking so I’m looking for some suggestions. My friend and I are planning a small one night forest trip in July and need help figuring out what packs we should get. Not looking to spend too much money ($95+) but I will if it means I get the best quality for the price ofc. Idk if it matters either but my cousin is very small statured. 5’1-5’2 and very skinny (she’s healthy just always been petite) so I’m not sure if that changes the kind of pack she would need? I’d definitely appreciate if any of you had any tips or advice you’d like to share alongside pack recommendations:) Thanks guys

Hey guys, I need some advice here. I 22(F) have been struggling on and off for about 3-4 years now with reoccurring uti symptoms (burning and urgency to urinate) but no uti. I’ve gone to the doctors three times and have been dismissed after my negative result every time and given uti medications that do nothing for me. I do have a boyfriend 28(M) that I’ve been with for coincidentally, 4 years. I have no fears of this being an sti from an affair or anything, but is it possible that maybe my body isn’t compatible with him or something?? He is a daily nicotine pouch user but I’m not sure if that would have any effect since he doesn’t go down on me with one in his mouth. It doesn’t happen every time we have sex, but it happens after he eats me out. Not every time, but the majority of the time. I thought it might have something to do with that, but it even occasionally happens after sex without him going down. I’m just very lost on what might be going on and would love to find a solution. The symptoms last anywhere from 1-4 days and with how often it happens (every other month or so) it’s becoming quite frustrating.
