Bummed about my order with nyahallo
About maybe almost a year ago. I was looking for clothes I would like and discovered Nyahallo and Mochipan. I bought from Mochipan and was debating on buying from nyahallo since I couldn’t find much about her shop other than a few unboxing of her bags. I made an order and wanted to see how much it would be if I did the shop in 4 somehow I accidentally bought it (I don’t remember how tbh) and I emailed her explaining and got a refund for part if the order I didn’t really want. I kept my death moth bag I believe it was a pre stamp pre order at the time and knew it would be a while. Fast forward Idk when but ended up getting a email saying it would ship near the end of 2025. I ended up totally forgetting about this order until recently when I was trying to find shops similar to Mochipan when I stumbled across multiple reddit threads about nyahallo and how disappointed people where/asking if its a legit site. I went to my email to see if I missed a shipping confirmation email but didn’t see anything about my bag, then went to my shop receipt and noticed there’s no estimate shipping date anymore. I went to her website and noticed all but the Lunar moth bags are gone. I can’t find any updates about it on her social media I did see a post explaining they’re changing companies that were making the bags. I tried emailing twice about it because Im a bit nervous about how they’re no longer showing on the website and don’t know what’s happening with it anymore but I haven’t gotten any replies from her. Im mostly going to go to my bank to see if I can get my money back but I’m unsure if its been too long since the original purchase. Is there anything else I could try before my bank? If Ik at least a shipping estimate I would feel better about it (or that they where still on the website) even if I do end up getting my bag I highly doubt I would buy something else from her. Like I mentioned before Ive bought from Mochipan so Ik that some things are a wait game but idk my experience with Mochi is much better specially in customer service.
