surprisingly an easy appointment! i’ve been prescribed lamotrigine and abilify, with valium and restivit to help me along while im waiting for them to kick in. and yes, ive been told to stop the sertraline lmao. honestly getting sick of this hypo im pretty relieved about this 😭

anyone have any tips or tricks?

got started on an ssri. bam, hypo. i haven’t had more than 3 hours sleep in several nights. i keep waking up. i felt awesome a few days ago up till yesterday, i even felt almost NORMAL as i went to sleep earlier but now (3am…) im just crashing and i think im mixed and i feel awful. i just want to sleep but i cant stop shaking and my entire body feels tense, and i feel hungry and nauseous at the same time. this is hell on earth!!!
