hi! RN 2025 here! i have applied to ddh last april pa but sadly got no callbacks. i’m planning to apply in spmc and dmsf this july. just wanna ask anyone for their overall experience in those hospitals? especially spmc. in terms of the hospital environment, salary, etc. thanks!
