Guidance required to decide my career

I am currently working in rehabilitation sector for prosthetic leg. I want to pivot to tissue engineering. I have did my bachelor's in biomedical and an internship with bioprinter. This rehabilitation work is only for 6 months. I may or may not continue this which I will know nearing the end with the opportunities I have. So guide me what can I do to keep in touch with tissue engineering. Anything online something I can do?

I have been invited for the IITB test and interview for M.Tech. in Biomedical, but I don't know if I should go. The expense of my going there will be around 15-16k, and I am also not that confident, as I know nothing about the test and interview. I got only 29 marks in the BM GATE, that too some being random wild guesses. What would you suggest to me? Should I go or what?
