It's been a little more than a month since I bought the Bajaj Pulsar N250 (Brooklyn black). I must say it's a very underrated motorcycle.

I take it 3 times a week to my work place. I'm also planning for occasional rides with friends, since the first service is complete. It brings a smile every time I open the throttle. Absolutely refined engine, good suspension, plush ride quality and does it's job perfectly well. I'm getting 35 KMPL in the city and 40 on the highways. Genuinely pleased that Bajaj has delivered a very good product.

I recently got the Indian oil Xtra RBL Bank credit card. I've used it on 3 occasions totalling approximately 6.4k INR worth of petrol. When I go on to the app, it is only showing me the 1% surcharge reversed on 2 occasions. And I'm not able to see any points on the app or the rewards portal.

Do I have to take any extra steps to get the points?

How long does it take for the points to be credited?

I'm confused.

Kindly help me out as it's my first time getting a fuel card.
