Just trying to figure out the rules with Property Managers and issuing EOFY statements.

I recently dropped a property manager for a rental property because they were seriously screwing up. I paid their final bill and closed out my account 2 months before EOFY. The new property manager has sent their EOFY statement for their fees and charges for their portion of the financial year. I reached out to the old property manager to ask for their statement and their response was that I needed to pay $55 to get them to send one out. Can they actually charge me for a financial report? If not, where can I go or what do I say to force them to give me a statement without charge
