Yes I’m asking on here because my AGRs said they didn’t know the answer.

I went to get a New CAC after commissioning from ROTC, since my current one says E5, went to the office, Civilian said my unit needs to update me in the systems as a O1, went my unit, they say they don’t know what he’s talking about, so rather than drive around and play telephone tag, is this just a rapids online issue they/me need to update online?

Just passed my SHRM-CP exam with under 3 hours of studying over the course of a month, 57mins with pocket prep 7% of problems completed, decided this was not my last minute route switch to Angela’s videos watched “How to easily master SHRM situational questions” pulled a few of her other videos in Ai and had it make a sheet which I then proceeded to highlight bold and never look at again. Realized the day of there’s Knowledge based questions open the first SHRM quizlet link pulled it into a free version of “quizlet” through the apps browser extension, proceeded to spend an hour through the Learning extension, left home took the exam arguably expecting to fail and passed.

Most important thing I found helpful out of everything was “approach SJI as how it would benefit everyone the most and the company” ensure there’s a solution provided within the answer.
