Recently started taking Kratom and oh boy!

Not really finding it sedative. Tried Red/Green various doses, but the Sundanese white powder is like crack! Started at 2gm morning dose and couldn’t stop myself doing stuff all day. PEM was minimal next day too.

This morning I took 0.3gm and still buzzing around doing odd jobs, hopefully still no PEM tomorrow 🙏

From England: So my gp referred me to Neurology with regards to LDN. They have come back and advise Graded Exercise Therapy and CBT.

I’m absolutely disgusted 🤮

England: can someone help me understand. I was awarded standard rate for both elements and received back dated payment from Sept 25 in February.

My first 4 week payment in Mar was for £412.40, then Apr payment was £414.08 and have today just received £428.

Does anyone know why the amounts don’t correspond with the published amounts? ✌️
