Unmarried Partner Visa Within UK No Cohab Query (Need Help and Suggestion)
Hi everyone, my first post on reddit and need some help from experienced guys with the unmarried partner route with no cohab and inside UK.
A bit of background: I am on a graduate visa and my partner - she is earning 45k per annum so hopefully that meets the threshold. She has her own tenancy and I have my own and we have been with each other for two years, but we didnt cohab but spent most of the time at her place. Have all the proofs as it was a walking distance 20 mins from my place. Have all the uber / ebike reciepts, cinema tickets, pictures together on occasions like new year, Christmas etc. Also all the food delivery reciepts and our chats obviously
Also have our trips together proofs within UK (multiple) and one trip abroad too. Have met her family and all of that messages but I am aware that all counts as weak proof. We didnt cohab as we weren't sure about my visa status and I have been actively looking for a sponsored role with 1200+ applications applied over Linked IN only so hopefully that helps?
Another reason is that she is doing her masters and her uni is in another city where she has to go after every 2 months for a week (we do have all the train reciepts/airbnb receipts for her only)
We have a joint account since 1 month now with some money in there and some discussion in the past year of getting a flat/house together after this visa situation would be sorted.
What do you guys think are odds are? Any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thankyou
