PASSEDDDD!!!! C722 Project Management!
This is for my lazy and book people who don't like cohorts. The book is not all that bad. I completed 2 lessons per day for 9 days, averaging about 2.5 hours each day. After I read a portion of the book I would do the study guide mini quiz that they provide in the course resources. (Its true or false and fill in the blank ex. A,B,C.etc)
Then I would go back to the book and take the quiz for the section. I also downloaded and printed out a study guide I found on studocu just to utilize when I forgot something and wanted a quick refresher. After I finished reading through the book I used the same study guide to touch up on some topics.
I then took the practice test provided in the course resources and got a pretty good score, but I still got some questions wrong so I went over the wrong answers and made sure I knew what I got wrong, and what the correct answer was and why. After I finished reviewing I took the pre assessment and passed with exemplary, and scheduled the OA immediately. At this point it was 12am so I was pretty tired and didn't touch up on anything and just went right into the test. I won't say that was a bad choice because I still got a pretty good score.
There were 2 questions on Planned Value on the test and around 1 for CPI that I remember. So if you are worried about the math portion, don't be. Just know the basics and not the complicated stuff. Like EV,PV,AC,BAC, and how to calculate the CV and SV plus the CPI and SPI. There were 2 questions about the 3 point estimate so I would know how to use those too. If you need more practice on them, they provide practice equations in the course resources.
Overall this class is not as bad as everyone makes it seem, and I'm saying this as a person with no experience in project management. Good luck and I'm rooting for you all!!!
