Looking for Someone to Take Over My Lease! - Female Only
Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Pointe at Central for the summer, starting June 1st through July 31st. It is a 2x2 (A1 floorplan) apartment where you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and you will share the living room and kitchen area with a roommate.
Roommate is super sweet and kind, and she keeps to herself. She is here a few nights of the week, and she will be doing some work over the summer in different places, so she won't be here all the time but she is still here a decent amount.
Rent is $887.95/month (utilities included up to a cap - we have never had to pay anything additional). Fully furnished, close to UCF and free shuttle there and back, gated community, pool, gym, and computer lab and printing.
You must be a female student attending a Florida accredited college or university and is degree-seeking (Associate’s/Bachelor’s/Master’s) to qualify for this. The Pointe's management team handles all the transfer paperwork, so it is very official and safe. If you or someone you know is interested or if you have any questions, please let me know!
