I’ll not sure how to post links but basically Reeds swing on Dino hit him twice per hit making Reed do a lot of damage in inflated state

I’m don’t quite understand the BRB, am I missing something? Sometimes when Input down a brb which it normally around 15 meters is max away from the team and someone dies, they don’t revive? Has that happened to anyone else? I would literally watch someone die and look at my brb and no revive
