What's the point of showing it to us if it's not provided ??

All Legendaries have SFX/VFX added on their main attacks and on some abilities but in this case for others this is not the case (shown in the intro of the legendary ones).

The first one that comes to mind is Magik with its Soulless Sword skin and its portal (VFX) that doesn't change.

And also behind things, yes Marvel's Rivals is a free game and I understand that they give more skins and cosmetics to the character that sell well but then why when the opportunity arises they do not do it for others? I find this skin excellent but I hesitated to buy it precisely because there was no VFX and it was not customizable. It's literally easy money probably lost.

A legendary must have VFX where at least the possibility of being custom with other colors.

This skin SCREAMS for new VFX to his abilities. Might be the best skin ever released, but needs those new VFX, like the ones provided by:

Hello guys, we have talked about how Dino was barely nerfed, and how all main sub got mad. But can we talk about Phoenix? She obliterates Dino. Her dmg buffs went crazy, and I have to be much more careful with Dino facing her. How are you dealing this character?

Couldn't get on to buy the skin this morning and my duo decided he had to buy it for me. He said it's because I bought him the epic thief guild gambit skin, but doesn't feel fair to me. Should I let it go and just be happy or buy him a skin with the lattice I already bought last night?

Is there a way to check what he has?

There’s are so many heroes so heavily disrespected by the devs, such as torch, and I feel such a deep guilt for stealing their joy

Hello, my fellow dino mains! :) We just got an amazing looking skin announced for next patch, but the need for some VFX raised on the sub.

An account that usually shares all updates regarding Marvel Rivals, called @RivalsInfo on X, just shared this vídeo about custom effects for the skin! Is the third time he does with a newly released skin(he previously did with White Fox Cosmic Kumiho and Phoenix Cosmic Sparks skin). He also confirmed he will upload the mod when the update drops!

Oh, and I'm sharing this because I think he did amazing job, and many people were requesting effects for the skin. If this break in any shape or form the spam rule, please the mod reading this, let me know, but I request to keep this if it's the case, since he doesn't monetize mods, and is giving a solution to a highly requested petition for Dino :)

I know I’m not the only one who’s a little disappointed with the Devil Dinosaur Skele-Saurus skin.

I’ve already seen people making mods to improve things like the VFX, including matching the beam color to the flames, and I’ve also seen a lot of discussion about the lack of unique SFX. Devil Dinosaur is my favorite character in the game, so I really want his skins to feel special, especially when they’re Legendary.

I think there’s a lot of potential here. Personally, I’d love to see customization options for the flames, bones, and collar, so people could mix and match different combinations. For example, keeping the current green flames but also adding dark crimson, purple, and dark blue, along with white, black, and gold bone options.

I know there’s some controversy around Devil Dinosaur right now because of his dominance in the meta and the patch-note meme, but I really hope that doesn’t affect how people view fans asking for the same kind of treatment other characters get with their skins. Characters like Luna have received a lot of extra polish and customization, and I think it’s fair for Devil Dinosaur fans to want that same level of care.

I emailed marvel_rivals@global.netease.com with some feedback. I’m definitely not encouraging harassment or rude messages. If people want to reach out, I think we should be polite and constructive about it. I also attached the customization mockup I made.

Obviously this could still be a fairly standard support response, but the important part is that they said the feedback was recorded and would be forwarded.

If more people feel the same way, I think polite, constructive feedback can only help. I know I’ve seen a lot of other people wishing this skin had a little more going on, so hopefully this gives anyone who wants to reach out an idea of what they could say.

I attached two images one I put together of what the customizations could be and the second of the mood that would have been such a fun taunt.

I have never rallied behind a skin so much but this one just felt like it lacked elements.
