Elegant Eye Ability VFX Concept - Blue Beams!
Season 10's Theme Will Likely Revolve Around Gods. Therefore, This Will Be The BattlePass Selection Of Heroes! :D
Reed Buff Idea! What If He Was Able To Expend Elastic Strength Energy To Rapidly Punch A Single Target For Burst Damage? Similar To How The Hood Works But Make It A Toggle Rather Than A Forced Transformation.
Would The Kinetic Kin Team-Up Be OP If The Increased Attack Speed Was The Base Effect And The Enhanced Effect Made It Permanent?
Similar to how the Rogue-Gambit Team-Up works.
Currently, I feel like there's no real reason to select the Gambit Team-Up over the Phoenix one.
The boosted movement and jump would probably have to go though, permanent movement boost would likely be problematic unless that part still required activation and only the attack speed increase was permanent.
What do you think?

How Does Damage Falloff Actually Work?
Can someone explain to me each component of Damage Falloff using let's say Hela, as an example?
"Falloff begins at 18m, decreasing to 75% at 35m"
My ASSUMPTION was that at 18m Nightsword Thorn's damage would drop from 80 to 60 (75% of the original value) and then past that would slowly decrease from 75% little by little until reaching a damage falloff cap at 35m (let's say 55% as an example) but that doesn't seem to be the case because the increase to 35m from 30m seems to be considered a buff?
