Cyclops powers being transmutated for healing

I recently learned of Marius Cole (2099 Cyclops) and I had the idea that Cyclops being stuck in 2099 Alchemax and Alchemax using Cyclop’s concussive blasts could be an interesting way to alter Cyclop’s eyes slightly to be similar to Marius Cole. Marius Cole’s x-gene lets him shoot a blast that can transmute anything it hits. I can possibly see that the experiments with Alchemax and the chronic out could lead to a lil’ merging of the 2 powers, leading to Cyclop’s punch dimension blasts to possibly be able to heal. I literally just had this idea so it’s not too thought out, and it may be also some copium to make healclops make sense to me. What are ya’lls thoughts?

Like...all the comics they don't really do anything together unless it's cap being rascist. Especially after Avengers vs X-Men(which ended with Scott killing Charles and Emma cheating which we can blame on him right?) I'm joking but I feel it's fun for us to have a fun Rival.

What would Cyclops need to counter Wolverine?

I think my dream Cyclops isn't necessarily a particular role, but someone who just means dusaster for Wolverine if you swap to him.

So, keeping within the sphere of feasible Cyclops upgrades, what could the devs do to make him counter his biggest rival?

If/When they make a Savage Land Cyke skin, i hope they include the mustache!

One of my favorite issues of X-Men. He's shaving and sees himself w the stache and realizes he looks just like Corsair (who he met just earlier, and doesn't know they're related yet). This is also the beginning of Cyke being the true leader of the second gen team without Xavier there!

Considering that his powers come from his eyes, wouldn’t it make sense for Cyclops to be played from a first person perspective?

I think this would create a cool different feel for the game. Maybe how it looks when you enter into Punisher’s turret?

Cosmic Invasion just showed Cyclops can use his abilities for shielding/defense

I've been playing him this morning and they absolutely got the nature of his powers so right! In this image right here this abilities provides some damage but is used to stop projectile and push back the enemy!

Not tryna suggest any roles for him (though I have a preference if you can guess) but the idea that his powers isnt versatile is being proven wrong.

Also love his use oof hand to hand combat in this game!

I didnt realize how popular he was, so what made you guys like cyclops and when did it begin?

I feel that the x men movies made him look boring and weak so im surpised people like him. As a older person I started to like cyclops from the 90s anime. I couldnt even speak back then so I just liked the blue laser guy. One of my earliest memories is that show and the little scene of cyclops in the opening where his laser beams are overwhelming him.

This is not a role discussion but more about his powers.

One thing I noticed from the trailer is Cyclop's redlining throughout his suit and especially his belt. I didnt really think anything of at first until I looked at his home screen and noticed that when he uses his beams to its maximum capacity, his belt was the only part of his suit that glowed and he's evening chanelling that kinetic forces that seems to be lifting up the rocks aroudn him. This makes me feel like they might use his suit as justification for cyclops to get expanded abililities.

Also in Mystic Mayhem (another game by NetEase) Cyclops is able to buff himself via his beam. This leads me to think that they will do a similiar thing that they did with Hulk by saying that his belt gave him some enhancements and added new powerset to his abilities. In the comic hulk never forms a buble but in the game it was explained that banner discovered it by tinkering with his belt. It would be very interesting as it opens him up to new roles but also allows him to be a melee brawler which pays homage to his glory days in Marvel vs Capcom.

..yall think someone doesn’t have to be the quickest hands alive with commercial grade internet to play Scottt boy?

I’m not a DPS usually so idk how ruthless the picking battle is, but what did it look like fighting for the best DPS we’ve had since launch?
Like did it take forever for yall to not stress to get to play them?

What if you could dynamically adjust his beam’s width?

Hear me out. What if you can cycle between three different firing modes:

1- Narrow long range beam for single target damage. Good for poking

2- Standard mid range beam, balanced width and damage.

3- Wide cone short range aoe beam, low damage and displaces. Good for brawl

Maybe change the beam using scroll wheel as you are shooting? I think it would be fun knowing when to use each beam, just a thought I had.
