Lost access to outlook account
I apologize if this has been covered already but I’m trying to figure out what direction to go in. I have an outlook account that’s pretty old. I’ve since made new accounts for business and don’t correspond over email in personal life. I used it primarily for my Sony, epic games, EA gaming etc.
I go on the ps5 tonight and my Sony account won’t log in. I check said email that stays logged in on my phone and it’s in Vietnamese. I straighten that out to find that all passwords have been changed and my ea account has even been moved to a different email. I tried going to outlooks account page but it asks for an entirely different email for 2 factor instead of my phone number which I know for a fact I had set up. The recovery process failed.
I guess in the morning I call the credit card companies I had on my PlayStation account and make sure they’re disconnected but what else can I do? I still have access to my email as long as I don’t log out on my phone but it won’t allow me to change the password!
