I've always managed to get plenty of sleep. But i've generally been quite tired a lot of the time and realised through my wearables that it's because I was getting almost no deep sleep. Roughly 10-15 minutes each night.
So I started tracking what habits I did or didn't do in an excel and wrote down my sleep metrics to create graphs in excel. It took ages so wondered if I could create something to make it a little quicker. And after a few weeks of trying I actually did.
I created an android/IOS app that acts as a habit tracker which syncs with Apple/Google health and finds correlations that show which habits are hurting or helping sleep.
I'm looking to speak to people who have tried experimenting or measuring what impacts their sleep to get their thoghts on it as i've made the app i'm using public through a beta version.

Understand which habits I can try (that may have worked for you) to use as a case study for how this app can help you identify which factors are impacting your sleep.
