Anyone enjoy taking plant progression photos?🙋🏻♀️

Photos taken 1-2 months apart, and received it in the winter.
They have started stocking random sundew varieties. And pings!
Is there anything about drosera intermedia and paradoxa care that may differ from spatulata and capensis?
And a couple of photos of the bunch they’ll be joining 💚
Osmocote, maxsea or something else?
Top new leaves are brown, small, and the stem is leaning.
Is this a watering, light, or humidity issue?
Potting mix is 2:1:1 potting soil/perlite/pine bark fines.
Thank you!
