Is there a way to get Episode Aigis with no WiFi?

I just finished my ng+ 100% sl run and 100% compedium. I just want some clarification on whether it’s impossible to get Episode Aigis with no WiFi?

My shared ps5 used to be connected to the WiFi but now I’m prohibited from connecting it back bc of DRM. I don’t know much abt it but the person that is prohibiting me from connecting the ps5 to WiFi tells me it’s so that we won’t lose ownership of digital games. Idk what’s true or what’s misinformation abt this.

I know there are ways to buy Episode Aigis from the PlayStation app, but will it be impossible to download without WiFi? What abt codes or download cards?

Sorry about the obvious question but I want to be 100% sure on what’s the situation.

Best Mexican rice and beans?

I’ve been craving Mexican yellow/orange rice and beans so bad. I know it’s supposed to be simple to make but it’s hard to make quickly when I don’t often use dry beans, lots of tomato’s, have a pressure cooker, etc. What restaurants have really delicious Mexican rice and beans like the photo? Black or brown beans doesn’t matter to me.
