Growing up baptist I only really know the pre-mill understanding of these books. Are there any resources on them that explain these books from a lutheran perspective.

Ive been slowly quiting caffeine by drinking zero sugar tea, but recently saw a post on here about Splenda potentially being bad for live health. But i also get sick of drinking water all the time.

Are there any other caffinated or non-caffiene drinks that are your go to?
