Hi everyone! I’m looking for a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment in DC with a mid-June move-in. My budget is ideally $2,200 max all-in (rent + parking + utilities).

I’d love to stay fairly central — especially interested in neighborhoods like Dupont, Logan Circle, Shaw, Bloomingdale, NoMa, Mount Vernon Triangle, etc. Open to apartment buildings, condos, rowhome units(no basements please), or even lease takeovers/sublets if the fit is right.
