I was born with an under bite and a bunch of overcrowding. I had pallet expanders up until I was like 15, had my bite corrected. my wisdom teeth came in, extracted them and it messed up my bite. I hate my side profile, and I hate the jowls that i’ve always had. The orthodontist plan is to remove 4 premolars and get double jaw surgery. I hate the way my lower face looks now and my mouth doesn’t close at rest, I doesn’t even stay closed when I sleep. I am concerned of permanent nerve damage so I’m unsure any recommendations?
