Just wondering as I didn't think I got dizzy as I was basically thinking of being super drunk and having the world go wobbly. However in dance class when we have to do quick bendovers and stand ups and whatnot I always stumble and fall over, and when standing up around the house I'll wobble around for the first few steps and bump into things. My vision doesn't really change but does that still count as dizzy?

I have done 3 months of beginner ballet (one hour and a half class once a week) with about 6 months prior of 5-8 hours a week of aerials & bouldering, but before that completely sedentary (like, bedbound levels of sedentary), so my overall fitness level is hard to estimate.
Basically, I don't have a good understanding of what my body should feel like during exercise (I'm also autistic so I don't know what pain people mean when they say ballet and other sports hurt)
If possible, I would like anyone's advice on if the following things are normal, and if not, what I should do about them. I have asked the instructor about a few things, but it's a group class and I don't want to take up too much time (I ask after class but obviously other people have questions too and I don't want to keep her there for ages). TIA!!
My main concerns are my hips clunking in turnout, both first and third (we don't do fifth, I don't really notice it in fourth but I also struggle to stop my hips twisting so it might be compensation and don't notice it much in second either).
Basically I can feel my hip joint clunking back and forth between two positions repeatedly, and my 'neutral' pelvis seems to be right in the middle of two different positions so it's constantly shifting as I move. I think a lot of it is lack of stability as I know I shift around a lot and shouldn't, but I'm not sure if it's causing issues or if it's just something that will go away in time as I get stronger.
Both hips clunk but my left hip is more of a 'clean' clunk where it jumps completely between two positions, whereas my right hip kind of grinds more and can stay in the middle more easily.
It does also cause my knee to bend (like involuntarily my knee will sort of 'jump' like when you get hit in the knee with the reaction test) so it's impossible to keep my knees/legs straight when that happens...but again like, I'm not performing so it doesn't necessarily matter? But I worry if that's bad stability wise, like if that happened when I was balancing on one leg it could cause problems, right?
(It's not exclusively in turnout too, it happens just lying in bed, raising my knee straight ahead or to the side, etc, I'm just talking about when it happens in ballet.)
I also notice a sharp pain in the achilles tendon right behind my foot, just above where it attaches to the bone, only when on demipoint and only occasionally. It doesn't feel like stretching or cramping pain, for example doing calf raises or stretching my hamstrings feels very different.
Finally, my knees feel a stretching/pulling sensation in fifth releve? (I think, it's with flat shoes but on demipoint) and third (on the ground). It's not necessarily painful but definitely uncomfortable and sometimes persists after I move out of the position which is why it concerns me. It feels like it's inside the actual joint/boney bit, not behind like the hamstrings or something, and it's in two different directions, if that makes sense?
