Seller sold me a rug of a different color and Etsy expect me to pay for the shipping when it is more than half the price of the product i bought to get a refund?
Hello, first time etsy buyer here recently I bought this pokemon lugia rug off etsy and the seller shipped a rug that was completly off in colors and cut badly on corners. The seller insisted that I would have to pay shipping for a full refunds, however he is located in India and the shipping would cost me 150$ quoted by Fedex and USPS since its a big rug???? The rug only costed me 225$ so it seems crazy that I have to pay 150$ to get 75$ back when its meant to be a full refund? I opened a case and Etsy sided with the seller am I simply fucked ? I feel totally scammed cause Etsy is siding with the seller saying he "offered a return for a refund" when the issue is not me wanting to not return the product but simply the outrageous shipping price.
