AITAH for leaving mid lunch because my brother started yelling at me
Today I(18F) left the mid lunch because my brother(22M) yelled at me.
For context, today I had simply cooked lunch for my family, and then we were eating, we have a habit of giving our puppy small portions of food every once in a while mid eating, earlier the pup was not listening to my brother (not sitting calmly for the small piece of treat) so he said to not give the puppy anything and I agreed, but later on i saw that the puppy finally was sitting calmly on a side, so I gave him a small bite of food for which my brother started to speak loudly on how i shouldn't have given the puppy anything, and I simply did the shush expression at my brother to basically just say that he doesn't need to talk so loud while we're eating, but that just made everything worse and he started yelling at me saying how I'm disrespecting him and mocking him and not treating him as an elder.
I do not know what gives away that I was trying to disrespect him so tell me, AITAH?
(Small edit: to the people concerned about the puppy learning to whine or beg, or snatching food or hygiene, please do not worry, i train my puppy every day and we only ever give him small pieces of food that is safe for him (unseasoned) when he is calm and not barking/whining for food, and we do not give it by hand, but simply by tossing the small piece to the pup, however I have convinced my mom to not feed him from the table, so it will not be a problem now!)
