Using Daily list: Apple Notes, Reminders, or Calendar?

I’m curious where people naturally gravitate toward keeping their daily action list.

Do you prefer a simple checklist in Apple Notes, a task list in Apple Reminders, or blocking out your day in Apple Calendar?
I’ve been going back and forth between the simplicity of a clean daily checklist in Notes, the functionality of Reminders, and the structure of Calendar.

I’m trying to find something that feels natural, stays simple, and is easy to stick with long-term without overcomplicating productivity.

What’s your preference, and why?

How I combined “paper like” simplicity with Apple Notes, Calendar & Reminders

I came from using physical notebooks and wanted something fairly simple that I look at daily and make things happen. And I needed timed events connected to my calendar. Notes gives you the visual clarity of a physical notebook with native iOS integration…deep links to access tasks in reminders and calendar events for the current day. I was just excited I found a simple daily system that works and wanted to share with anyone to help productivity 🙂. Feel free to share any tips to keep daily plans simple and effective with apple
