Custom Icons for Lists and Folders in TickTick. Is This Possible?

Hey everyone!

Is there currently a way to use custom images or logos as icons for lists or folders in TickTick, instead of the default emojis?

I think being able to upload your own images would be an awesome feature! It would make it much easier to personalize your workspace, visually distinguish different lists, and give your setup a unique look. For example, you could use custom logos, minimalist icons, or even your own designs for different projects.

If this isn't possible yet, I think it would be a great feature request for the TickTick team.

What do you guys think? Would you like to see this feature added? 😊

I love this silly app so much

I first got it in February 2025 trying to get organized. The colorful emoji lists with the drag and drop calendar feature is what sealed it for me lol. Even when I tried to use an analog planner for a couple months, I ended up coming back to TickTick in the end. This is what working in the Army full-time will get you 😅

What is the turnaround time for customer support?

I report an issue through their support area about 3 days ago and I haven't heard back from Ticktick. Does their support typically take a while to respond?
