Reduction of the Apron Belly?

I wanted to first thank this community for existing and for being a place where I can both learn and see others progress. It is really helping out with my journey

I have been on the Wegovy shot (out of pocket due to no insurance coverage) since 12/4 (5 months) 0.24 for the first four weeks, and still currently on 0.5.
Although some of the food noise is back, I am still losing at a steady pace and tracking calories. Lost a lot of weight in my legs, arms, and face. Some in my abdominal region, but that area is still largely where the work needs to be done. Hoping for a more substantial reduction in my apron and b-belly over the several months.
Exercise-wise, I do 30 minutes of strength training 3 days a week and 30 minutes of dedicated cardio 2 days a week.
Tracking macros for protein and fiber. I consistently get 90 grams of protein a day, but given the calorie deficit it’s hard to get more. Hoping that once I am in maintenance I can up it more. If ya’ll have any great low calorie protein recs, I would love to hear it! I have a homemade protein shake every day, Greek yogurt, and lots of rotisserie chicken.
This is the render my contractor sent based on some of the options we picked (note that fixtures and lighting are placeholders and the center island will just be woodblock top) and has asked us to decide what color to paint the wall space by the window and door.
I am thinking a lighter color than the dune colored backsplash (not white, but an off white) or potentially a wallpaper.
Any suggestions?
