Has anyone's cravings changed?

I'm only nearing the end of week 2, but have already had what feels like 100 epiphanies about what it must feel like to be a "normie", and clarity into what my eating habits were like since the food noise is tuned out. Here's another extremely pleasant change for me:

Carbs, especially starches and baked treats were my absolute downfall. My food noise was almost always these types of foods over salty snacks, especially after dinner. Since starting tirz, my cravings, in general, have gone down significantly, especially for these types of foods. Now, the few times I've felt like snacking, it's been for savory foods. I've had one cookie, two brownie bites, and a 2 pieces of bread over the last 2 weeks. I used to eat that in a day! I can't even believe it.

Anyone else notice that the cravings you still get have changed from your pre-tirz days?

Anyone stop craving crappy carbs/starches?

I just took my first dose this afternoon. I honestly cannot believe I've already noticed a change.

I didn't feel like making a full meal for dinner, because I was busy today and didn't feel like cooking. So, I made my standard "snack dinner" which consists of cheese, grapes, one of those mini sleeves of Ritz crackers, and jerky (as you can tell, there's a reason why I started a GLP1 lol). When I sat down to eat, the first thing that struck me was the size of the portion. It's like a lightbulb went off and I realized that healthy people don't choose portion sizes that large. The second thing I noticed, was that I wasn't scarfing it down. I was actually taking the time to taste my food. Thirdly, I couldn't even finish it. About halfway through, I felt full. I ended up having to throw away some of it. I'm just going to sip on my protein drink until I go to bed.

I'm honestly shocked at how quickly the food noise has quieted after the very first dose. Is this how all the people who don't struggle with weight feel? Not constantly having that nagging impression that you're craving something? Mind blown!
