My turtle hasn’t been swimming and basking for a day straight, i accidentally over fed him and now he’s just laying on his basking area crapping like twice a day, i’ve noticed how cold his water is and his water heater hasn’t been working for a while, is it possible he developed a disease. and should i take him to the vet. He is a 6 year old red eared slider male
