Hello I'm looking for some more insight on what this issue could be or a possible fix. My service has been fairly good for years besides a random tower outage or two, but randomly starting April 15th I noticed my device dropped to 0 bars randomly but still said 4glte and T-Mobile logo. since then during April service was a little weird but since then came back to normal. Now starting a few days ago again my service was doing weird stuff and being wonky now today its the worse its ever been randomly going from 4 to 1 bar or 4glte disappearing completely service cutting out and now places it had good bars its almost none just started today with these issues as last night at around 2am it was fine.

Before this I tried all fixes from support and contacted support multiple times with really no straight answer what it could possibly be. I had some techs tell me it looked like it was bouncing around on bands but that is the most I got back then but after it was fine for awhile now its happening again and worse other devices around me now are experiencing the same issues with service also today.

I'm really wondering how I can hunt down what this issue is or if its account, tower or phone related. insight and possible fixes are welcome thank you.

Cell Phone issues in area trying to figure out what cellmapper values i need to look at to understand if something changed within the tower or area Tmobile says all is fine at the tower but all 5 Devices having issues around here. I have some knowledge of how the map works and what the values mean.
