I am bothered by the bouncing characters on the side of end of rides. I like that everything is real. Those bouncing cartoon characters disturbs the overall feel. Please remove this feature.

Was on 200mg bid and was getting very drowsy and foggy. With guidance from my pcp and neurosurgeon I’m going slowly down to 100mg bid and slowly introducing Lyrica hoping to get the TN therapy I need and reducing the drowsy/foggy effects. The titration period has me back to the flares I experienced when I started on this TN journey. Now eating soft foods very slowly and learning to feel the super flare before it hits… lots of meditative deep breathing seems to help.

Has anyone taken caffeine supplements to counter the foggy/drowsiness of tegretol, etc?
I’m taking a daily dose of 400 mg Tegretol spread across the day does anyone know a supplement that counters the fog and drowsiness?
I was diagnosed as having TN back in October and my pcp prescribed 100mg tegretol bid. That worked. I experienced some modest fatigue, but it was manageable. Recently the TN symptoms returned. We upped the dose to. 200mg bid. The symptoms are still there but not as severe. But fatigue has set in and is more difficult to manage. Thoughts on how to manage the fatigue. Thanks.
