I'm currently facing the EAC3 audio not supported issue in MX Player. I do have an alternative player, (Next Player), which I can use to play these videos, but I still prefer MX Player because of its video controls.

One feature I particularly miss in Next Player is the ability to manually stretch the video to fit the full screen without cropping.

So, I’m specifically looking for a working EAC3 codec for MX Player rather than switching to another player.

Does anyone know which custom codec works with the latest MX Player version and where I can get it?

I'm looking to buy a laptop with a budget of ₹70,000.

To be honest, I'm not a hardcore gamer. Most of the time I'll use it for watching movies, YouTube, web browsing, and general everyday use. However, whenever I do feel like playing games, I want the laptop to run them smoothly without major lag or overheating.

I don't know much about laptop processors or GPUs, so I'm confused about what specs I should be looking for.

My previous laptop was an Acer Aspire 7 (Ryzen 5), and unfortunately, I had a poor experience with it. It developed several issues over time, including:

Random key presses from the keyboard

Overheating

Freezing and stuttering while gaming

Frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors

Because of that experience, reliability, good cooling, and long-term durability are my top priorities.

I'm looking for:

Smooth everyday performance

Good gaming performance whenever I decide to play

Good cooling and build quality

Decent battery life

Good display and speakers for movies

I'm open to any brand (Lenovo, ASUS, HP, Acer, Dell, MSI, etc.). Even though I had a bad experience with my previous Acer Aspire 7, I'm still open to Acer if there are reliable models that have addressed those issues.
