I've been chatting with support for 2 hours. Their support is atrocious thus far. I've been transferred to 6 support specialists. None can answer why my ads were sent to users who had no business in receiving my ads. I've explained to each support specialist my issue, and none can help, they just transfer to the next person. Nobody wants to take accountability, nobody wants to do the job.
