My friend is looking for a jhorror movie that she watched 5 years ago...

The movie is about a tall monster with white hair that live in a forest and eats children, and so there's a family who moved to another town recently and they use their child as a sacrifice to the monster. The movie has a weird vibe (IT'S NOT NOROI THE CURSE) she also mentioned about a red cave. Also sorry for my bad English

What's your favorite splatterpunk movie?

Mutant girls squad was so enjoyable, really loved it.
