First time kong matulog sa SOGO
Had an 8 hour break from work. 12mn out, then mag-time in uli at 8am. Malayo ang biyahe sa bahay. Ito pinaka-malapit at pinaka-mura.
Nung una hesitant ako kasi never pa akong nag-stay sa mga ganitong "klase" ng hotel. Pero inaantok na ako nun, so I chose convenience over everything. Haha.
They offered 'yung may garahe na may diretsong access sa regular room. 'Yun na lang raw kasi available. First time ko, so hindi ko alam paano ang check-in/check-out process. Sinabihan na lang ako na mag-proceed sa isang specific parking number. Nagulat ako na 'yung kwarto na pala. Pinapasok lang ako. Sa check out na raw ang bayad. No forms, no details asked. Very private and discreet ng dating.
Pagpasok ko, initial impression was "so clean" naman... Haha. May free wifi (mabilis naman), small kit for toothbrush and comb, maliit na sabon, may slippers provided. With towels and manipis na kumot. May kasamang tv sa room and 24/7 open restaurant. Heated ang showers and faucets.
What I didn't like: may subtle na amoy ng yosi. Not sure if may option na nonsmoking room. Maingay ang aircon (made my sleep a little less comfortable) at hindi ganun kalamig. Nadidiliman ako sa room, although alam ko naman 'yung purpose bakit madilim. Haha.
Mabilis lang rin check-out process. Tumawag lang ako sa front desk na aalis na ako. Payment was done upon exit sa parking. I paid P980 for a 6-hour stay. Upon check out, nag-offer sila ng discount card. Tinanggap ko kasi, why not... Kung bumalik man ako, at least may discount. Haha.
In short, it was a very convenient option which provided the rest I needed. Might do it again kung same circumstances.
