How long does your symptoms last?
I've been dealing with allergies for five days straight now. I've been told to take Allegra-D for nasal congestion and my Fluticasone spray. I also did a sinus rinse, took steamy showers, and drank a ridiculous amount of water. Then, I cleaned the house, mopped the floors, have my air purifier running with new filters, and wash my bedsheets weekly.
Also, I came up negative for any potential infections, so it's purely allergies. At this point I have no idea what's going on, so I wanted to know how long allergy symptoms last for you guys? Maybe I'm overreacting and this is just the bodies natural cycle.
