Survey Statistics Help
TL;DR: Need to connect with statistician who knows a lot about surveys that is willing to help (unpaid) with a research project
Hi all - So I've been doing a research project that involves classroom design on student performance. The data is student grades and survey results from before and after the semester. I really want to open this up to more classrooms and to make this a serious project with the intent of publishing. Right now, I can only do very basic statistics because I don't really understand how to appropriately do stats on a survey. I would especially like to be able to make statements like 'If a student with ___ demographics receives treatment 1, they are more likely to select answer 2.'
I know there is a stats consulting center, but they cost $$, and this is all on my own free time and I have no funding.
I am hoping for a professor or grad student who would be interested in helping with the statistical analysis of this project. I'm decent with stats, so I think if you could help with setting up the code, then I would be fine after that. However, if you are interested in being more involved with the analysis then I would be happy to include you as an author if we are ever able to publish. Thanks all!
