Hi,
I recently "upgraded" my toothbrush from one of the classic oral-b to the IO series. The main problem I'm having is that since the heads have three holes, all of the foam from inside my mouth comes out through the bottom side-hole in the toothbrush head and my hand ends up completely covered in foam which I find disgusting.

Is this a common occurrence or am I using it wrong?
