After waiting for 2 years I finally made the decision and got the Shaw Manta Quartz! Absolutely worth the wait and what a stunning time piece. This one will be properly used and might be my daily for a few days non stop now🤙🏾

These 2 Sowar’s were given to me by my Dad’s friend today. Incredibly original and patina’d. Most people might just toss them out but for me it’s like hitting gold. I can’t wait to service them and start using them as much as possible. Both of them run and keep incredible time!

Found all these great dials, a Tank body and great HMT strap today. Glad to find some dials that can be used on my projects now.

This beautiful “Keepsake” on the wrist today. Before anyone crucifies me I know the hands aren’t original and I’m actively searching for them but for now I’ll enjoy it as it is.

Another beauty that was revived after I found it in my watchmakers “Trash/Parts Box”. It just needed a service, crown stem and crown.

After u/roasterdd posted that beautiful advertisement for West End Tank Watches, I knew I had to bring mine back for a day. This was given to me by a very good friend as a project watch since the case that holds the movement was quite badly damaged. I learnt how to solder things because of this watch and it’s one of my “permanent” collection members. I think I have the Everbright Steel variant which costed ₹26 according to the ad. Lovely piece and one that I keep only for special occasions.
